Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, you ("User") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") between you and CodeBrewerz LLP ("Company", "we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not proceed with registration.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law to use LogiHaul. By registering, you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date registration information.
• You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@codebrewerz.com of any unauthorized access.

4. Permitted Use

LogiHaul is licensed, not sold, to you. You may use the app to scan invoices, manage trips, and generate bills for legitimate personal or business purposes only. You agree not to:

• Process forged, altered, or fraudulent invoices.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the app's source code.
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the app.
• Resell or sublicense access to LogiHaul without written consent.
• Facilitate tax evasion, money laundering, or financial fraud.

5. OCR Accuracy Disclaimer

LogiHaul uses automated Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to extract text from invoices. OCR results may be incomplete or inaccurate depending on document quality. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all extracted data before use. We are not liable for financial, legal, or tax consequences arising from OCR errors.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• You may cancel anytime; access continues until the billing period ends.
• GST and applicable taxes apply as per Indian tax law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, logos, and trademarks in LogiHaul are the exclusive property of CodeBrewerz LLP, protected under the Copyright Act 1957 and the Trade Marks Act 1999 (India). You retain ownership of your own data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be resolved by good-faith negotiation, followed by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, seated in Pune, Maharashtra.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms with 15 days' advance notice for material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Current Terms are always available in the app settings.
